Terms of Use
1. Acceptance
By downloading, installing or using Time2Timelapse you accept these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app and remove it from your device.
2. Licence
As long as you follow these terms, Sehapps grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the app on devices you own or control. The licence does not transfer ownership of the app or its source code. Recordings you make with the app are yours.
3. What you record
- You are solely responsible for what you record and share, and for having any permission you need to record people, private property or restricted places.
- Do not use the app to watch people secretly, to record where recording is not allowed, or in any way that breaks the law or the rights of others.
4. Your device
- Recordings that run for hours or weeks keep the camera on and usually need the charger connected. Place the phone where it cannot fall, overheat or get wet, and use a suitable charger and cable.
- Before running your phone or tablet for long periods or unattended, review the manufacturer's information and warnings on continuous use, charging, heat and the battery. Deciding whether your device is suitable for this use, and supervising it while it records, are your responsibility. To the extent the law allows, Sehapps is not liable for malfunctions, damage or losses that may result from long-term or unattended use.
- The device's software and hardware, external conditions and other factors can affect how the app works. The app comes without any warranty (see section 8); you use it on your device at your own risk.
5. Optional Google Drive backup
- Backup uses your own Google account and Drive storage and is also subject to Google's terms. Sehapps does not operate Google Drive and is not responsible for its availability, storage limits or charges.
- Backup depends on your network, your Drive storage and the device staying on. A recording may not be fully backed up; please check the backup status in the app before deleting anything on the camera device.
- Anyone who can open the app with your Google account on another device can see, export or delete your backed-up recordings. Keep your Google account and devices secure.
6. Intellectual property
The app, its name, logo, design, text and source code belong to Sehapps and are protected by law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, decompile or reverse engineer the app, except where the law expressly allows it.
7. Prohibited uses
- Breaking any law or the rights of others.
- Trying to get around the app's security, or using it to access data that is not yours.
- Interfering with Google's services through the app, or using automated tools to misuse it.
8. No warranty
The app is provided "as is" and "as available". Sehapps does not promise that it will work without interruption or error, on every device, or that every frame or recording will be captured, saved or backed up.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Sehapps is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damage arising from using or not being able to use the app, including lost recordings, lost data, damage to devices (including damage resulting from long-term or unattended use) or missed events.
10. Changes to the app and these terms
Sehapps may change, suspend or stop the app, in whole or in part, at any time. These terms may also be updated; the current version is always published on this page. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the new terms.
11. Termination
If you break these terms, your right to use the app ends automatically. You can end this agreement at any time by uninstalling the app. Sections 3, 6, 8 and 9 continue to apply after termination.
